Multi-Stage Industrial Bioreactors are specifically designed for large-scale microbial cultivation, ensuring high efficiency and stability through multi-stage linkage. We offer industrial fermentation vessels ranging from 1,000L to 120,000L (120KL), with custom capabilities up to 200KL, fully meeting industrial mass production requirements. Through multi-stage scale-up (e.g., 300L → 3KL → 30KL), the fermenter ensures high seed viability and sufficient inoculation volume. This effectively shortens the lag phase and minimizes the economic risk of contamination in large-scale vessels.
